Health, Education, Agriculture, and Rural Development Organization (HEARDO) is a women-led and youth-led Afghan non-governmental organization established in 2018 and registered with the Ministry of Economy. HEARDO works to improve the well-being and resilience of vulnerable communities through integrated programs in Health, Nutrition, Education, WASH, Food Security, Protection, Livelihoods, and Emergency Response. The organization is committed to gender equality, safeguarding, accountability, and community-centered development across Afghanistan.
