Terms of Service

Wazifaha is an online platform that connects job seekers with employers in Afghanistan. We provide job listings, application tools, a resume builder, employer hiring tools and paid subscription plans. We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
• You must verify your email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@wazifaha.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Profiles, CVs and applications must be truthful and belong to you.
• Employers decide independently whether to contact or hire you; we do not guarantee interviews or employment.
• Legitimate employers never ask candidates to pay to apply. Report any such request to us.

• Job postings must describe real vacancies and comply with applicable law.
• You must not charge candidates fees, collect data for purposes unrelated to recruitment, or post misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent content.
• Candidate data obtained through Wazifaha may only be used for recruitment and must be protected and deleted when no longer needed.
• We may review, edit or remove postings and verify organisations before publishing.

Paid plans unlock additional job posts and features for the purchased period. Plans are activated once payment is confirmed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cannot provide the service. Limits and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods.

• Scraping, bulk downloading or reselling listings, profiles or CVs.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits or access other users' data.
• Uploading malware or content that infringes others' rights.
• Impersonating people or organisations, spam or harassment.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Wazifaha a limited licence to host, display and process it to operate the service — for example, to show your job posting or deliver your application to an employer.

Some listings originate from third-party sources or link to external application sites. We do not control and are not responsible for those employers or websites. Always verify an opportunity before sharing sensitive information.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create security risks or harm other users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for hiring decisions, the accuracy of listings or profiles provided by users, or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms. We will notify users of material changes before they take effect; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
