Hami Sazah Road & Construction Co is hiring Bidding Engineer.

• Tender Identification

• Tender Document Review

• Cost Estimation and Pricing

• Technical Proposal Preparation

• Engineering Quantity Takeoff and BOQ Preparation Based on Technical Drawings, Engineering Standards, and Contract Specifications

•  Financial Proposal Preparation

• Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination

• Bid Documentation

• Tender Clarifications

• Site Visits and Technical Assessment

• Bid Compliance and Quality Control

• Tender Tracking and Reporting

• Coordination with Internal Teams

• Post-Submission Follow-up

• Market Research and Price Updates

• Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

• Other Assigned Duties

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bidding , tendering , civil engineering activities

• String understanding of tender documents, Boq, Drawings

• Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals

• String skills with MS Excel

• Strong ability in English language

•  Previous experience with construction projects, government tenders, NGO tenders

• Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Civil engineering

• Proficiency in AutoCAD , ETABS, civil 3D

• Having experience in government tenders management and implementation is a plus.
