Manufacturing Unit Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manufacturing Unit Supervisor to join our team in Kabul, Afghanistan. The successful candidate will oversee and lead a team within our manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all operations.

1. Supervise Manufacturing Team:
• Lead and manage a team of manufacturing personnel to achieve production targets.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
2. Safety and Quality Assurance:
• Implement and enforce safety protocols related to machinery and equipment.
• Maintain a high standard of quality control and ensure products meet specifications.
3. Training and Development:
• Conduct training sessions for team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Facilitate continuous learning and development within the team.
4. Communication Skills:
• Develop proficiency in Urdu and maintain basic communication skills in English.
• Foster effective communication within the team and other departments.
5. Equipment and Machinery Awareness:
• Possess knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all manufacturing equipment.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Keep detailed records of production activities, safety measures, and quality control.
• Generate regular reports for management review.
7. Adaptability:
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Implement efficient solutions to manufacturing issues.
