We are looking for a strategic and creative Media Manager to oversee and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content strategies that support brand growth, increase engagement, and align with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and schedule content across all social media platforms.
- Develop and guide creative content strategies to strengthen brand awareness and growth.
- Stay up to date with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Provide clear direction, ideas, and creative guidance to the Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate content performance using analytics tools.
- Optimize publishing strategies based on insights, data, and audience behavior.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
