Permanent Lecturer Positions in the Department of Electronics, Faculty of Engineering

Job Description

Mustaqbal University, Faculty of Engineering, is seeking a qualified Lecturer for the Department of Electronics. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, preparing instructional materials, conducting laboratory sessions, assessing student performance, and maintaining academic records. The Lecturer is also expected to contribute to curriculum development, academic research, and student mentorship while upholding the university’s academic standards, professional ethics, and Ministry of Higher Education regulations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related field from a recognized university.

2. Academic degrees and educational documents must be officially attested by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan.

3. A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant teaching or academic experience is preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, digital and analog electronics, microprocessors, and related engineering principles.

5. Excellent teaching, communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

6. Ability to prepare lesson plans, lectures, laboratory exercises, assignments, and examinations.

7. Research skills and the ability to conduct applied research and publish scholarly work are preferred.

8. Ability to work professionally with faculty members, university management, and students in an academic environment.
