Engineering Quantity Takeoff and BOQ Preparation Based on Technical Drawings, Engineering Standards, and Contract Specifications
Financial Proposal Preparation
Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination
Bid Documentation
Tender Clarifications
Site Visits and Technical Assessment
Bid Compliance and Quality Control
Tender Tracking and Reporting
Coordination with Internal Teams
Post-Submission Follow-up
Market Research and Price Updates
Confidentiality and Professional Conduct
Other Assigned Duties
Job requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bidding , tendering , civil engineering activities
String understanding of tender documents, Boq, Drawings
Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals
String skills with MS Excel
Strong ability in English language
Previous experience with construction projects, government tenders, NGO tenders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Civil engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD , ETABS, civil 3D
Having experience in government tenders management and implementation is a plus.
