1. Administration Manager — KH-AM-001

The Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's administrative operations and ensuring the efficient management of office facilities, administrative procedures, documentation, logistics, procurement coordination, and general support services. The position will coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain administrative standards, and support management in implementing organizational policies and procedures.

2. Finance Manager — KH-FM-002

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, expenditure monitoring, cash-flow management, and financial controls. The position will ensure that financial activities are properly documented, accurately reported, and conducted in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

3. Strategy, Policy & Planning Manager — KH-SPP-003

Duties & responsibilities

2. Finance Manager — KH-FM-002

1. Manage the organization's accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial control functions.

2. Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash-flow projections, and management financial reports.

3. Monitor income, expenditure, payments, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance.

4. Establish and maintain effective financial controls and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

5. Coordinate financial audits and provide accurate financial information and reports to senior management.

5. Web & Digital Development Specialist — KH-WDD-005

4. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure appropriate website security and backups.

1. Plan, produce, film, edit, and publish professional video and multimedia content.

3. Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other multimedia production tools.

4. Edit video, audio, photographs, graphics, and other multimedia materials using professional editing software.

5. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to develop creative content aligned with organizational objectives and branding standards.

7. Chef (Cook) — KH-C-007

1. Prepare and cook meals, dishes, and other food items according to established recipes and quality standards.

2. Plan daily food preparation and ensure that meals are prepared and served on time.

3. Monitor food quality, freshness, portion sizes, and presentation.

4. Maintain proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and health and safety standards.

5. Monitor kitchen supplies and ingredients and coordinate with the relevant staff regarding purchasing and replenishment requirements.

8. HR Manager — KH-HRM-008

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, job descriptions, and HR systems in accordance with organizational requirements and applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Lead end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities, including workforce planning, vacancy announcements, CV screening, interviews, candidate evaluation, reference checks, selection, and onboarding.

  3. Establish and manage employee performance-management systems, including KPIs, probation reviews, periodic performance appraisals, and employee development plans.

  4. Develop and administer compensation, benefits, leave, attendance, employee records, HRIS, and other HR administration systems while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

  5. Identify training and development needs, coordinate capacity-building programs, manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters, and support succession planning and organizational development.

  6. Ensure compliance with Afghan Labor Law, relevant regulatory requirements, internal governance policies, and approved HR procedures, and prepare HR reports and documentation for management.

  7. Draft and periodically update the HR Manual, Code of Conduct, employment policies, contracts, and other HR-related governance documents.

  8. Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll processing and ensure accurate employee information, salary adjustments, benefits, deductions, and related HR records.

  9. Support senior management in workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, employee engagement, and development of a professional institutional culture.

  10. Reports directly to the Director of the Kabul Branch.

Job requirements

1. Administration Manager — KH-AM-001

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience in administration, office management, operations, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.

Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of office management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel skills).

2. Finance Manager — KH-FM-002

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.

Strong analytical, financial reporting, budgeting, and Excel skills.

3. Strategy, Policy & Planning Manager — KH-SPP-003

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience in strategy, policy, planning, organizational development, research, or a related field.

8. HR Manager — KH-HRM-008

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources management, recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.

Previous HR experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated institution is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience establishing or significantly developing an HR department, HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, and HR systems.

Strong knowledge of Afghan Labor Law and relevant HR regulatory and compliance requirements; familiarity with Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) HR and fit-and-proper requirements is a strong advantage.

Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto, with strong written and spoken English.

Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, PHR, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Prior experience in a start-up, newly established organization, or greenfield banking environment is a strong advantage.
