Sehat Andishan Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated, technically skilled, and well-organized Electrical & Electronics Engineer / Technical Team Supervisor to lead and coordinate its technical engineering department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 6–8 electrical engineers, electronics repair engineers, and technicians; designing electrical wiring and distribution systems; coordinating technical operations; and planning, monitoring, and reporting on multiple ongoing projects across different locations.

The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, professional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with international business partners.

Duties & responsibilities

1. Team Supervision: Lead, supervise, coordinate, and motivate a team of 6–8 electrical engineers, electronics repair engineers, and technicians.

2. Work Planning: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual work plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion.

3. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple technical projects at different locations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

4. Electrical Design: Prepare electrical wiring designs, power distribution plans, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and electrical layouts using AutoCAD and other engineering software.

5. Electrical Systems: Supervise the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems, transformers, industrial generators, and high-capacity UPS systems.

6. Electronics Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuit boards (PCBs), power supplies, control circuits, and other electrical and electronic equipment.

7. Power Distribution & Grounding: Design and review electrical distribution systems, cable sizing, load calculations, protection systems, and grounding/earthing arrangements.

8. Field Operations: Assign engineers and technicians to project sites, monitor their activities, and ensure quality service delivery within scheduled timelines.

9. Reporting: Collect and evaluate daily reports from team members and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the relevant department manager.

10. Team Development: Develop monthly and annual staff capacity-building plans, identify training needs, and motivate team members to improve their technical skills and performance.

11. International Communication: Maintain professional email correspondence and coordinate technical matters with international manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners.

12. Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, technical reports, project schedules, maintenance records, and service documentation.

13. Problem-Solving: Identify technical issues, project delays, and operational challenges and implement appropriate corrective actions.

14. Safety & Quality Control: Ensure all electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities comply with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements.

15. Management Coordination: Follow management instructions, maintain effective communication with the department manager, and ensure timely completion and reporting of assigned activities.

Job requirements

1. Educational Qualifications

* Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized engineering or technical institute.

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is preferred.

* Candidates holding a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an MBA will be given additional preference.

2. Professional Experience

* Minimum one year of practical experience in electrical and electronics engineering.

* Minimum one year of experience in administrative coordination, technical planning, and reporting.

* Experience in supervising, coordinating, and motivating technical teams.

* Practical experience in electrical system design, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

3. Technical Skills and Competencies

* Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and electronic components, circuits, PCBs, power supplies, and control systems.

* Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair electronic circuit boards and electrical equipment.

* Strong understanding of low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems (LV, MV & HV).

* Knowledge of industrial generators, high-capacity UPS systems, transformers, and power distribution equipment.

* Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain generators, transformers, UPS systems, and related electrical equipment within applicable safety and authorization requirements.

* Ability to design electrical wiring systems, power distribution networks, and electrical installation layouts.

* Proficiency in engineering design software, particularly AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and other relevant electrical engineering applications.

* Ability to prepare electrical distribution plans, single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, cable layouts, and electrical schematics.

* Knowledge of electrical load calculations, cable sizing, circuit protection, and distribution panel design.

* Strong knowledge of electrical grounding and earthing systems, including grounding design, installation, testing, and electrical safety requirements.

* Familiarity with electrical distribution boards, switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, and power protection systems.

* Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and electrical installation standards.

* Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.

4. Team Leadership and Management

* Ability to lead, supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of 6–8 engineers and technicians, including electrical technicians and electronics repair engineers.

* Prepare and assign daily work plans and responsibilities to individual team members.

* Monitor daily activities, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure timely completion.

* Establish professional, respectful, and cooperative relationships with all team members.

* Motivate, encourage, mentor, and support engineers and technicians to improve their performance and productivity.

* Identify technical skill gaps and prepare staff training and capacity-building programs.

* Develop monthly and annual plans for team development, technical training, and performance improvement.

* Conduct regular team meetings to review work progress, challenges, and priorities.

* Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline, and continuous professional development.

* Ensure that team activities are aligned with departmental objectives and management instructions.

5. Project Planning and Coordination

* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational plans for the technical department.

* Plan, organize, and coordinate multiple technical projects at different locations.

* Assign appropriate engineers and technicians to field projects based on their technical expertise and project requirements.

* Prepare project implementation schedules, technical work plans, and resource allocation plans.

* Coordinate technical site visits, installations, electrical works, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

* Monitor project execution and follow up regularly with assigned field teams.

* Ensure that technical services are delivered professionally, efficiently, and within the agreed project timelines.

* Identify project delays, technical challenges, and operational requirements and take appropriate corrective actions.

* Coordinate with internal departments and project stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

* Maintain accurate records of project progress, completed activities, and pending tasks.

6. Communication and International Coordination

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.

* Ability to prepare and respond to professional business emails.

* Ability to communicate effectively with international manufacturers, suppliers, technical support teams, and business partners.

* Ability to coordinate technical matters with business partners located in different countries.

* Ability to prepare technical inquiries, service requests, follow-up emails, and professional correspondence.

* Ability to communicate technical problems clearly and professionally with international engineering and support teams.

* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and professional relationship-building skills.

7. Reporting and Administrative Responsibilities

* Collect and review daily work reports from all engineers and technicians under supervision.

* Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the immediate department manager.

* Prepare weekly and monthly technical performance and project progress reports.

* Maintain records of completed assignments, ongoing projects, pending activities, and technical issues.

* Report project delays, equipment problems, operational challenges, and resource requirements to the relevant manager.

* Ensure timely communication and implementation of instructions received from management.

* Maintain proper documentation of technical operations, staff assignments, and project activities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office communication tools.
