Financial Management & Strategy
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage company budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance of all business units.
Tax & Compliance
- Resolve and manage company tax clearance and tax compliance issues with relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Afghan financial laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.
Accounting & Financial Systems
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping of all income and expenses.
- Ensure full implementation of accounting systems and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, XL, Wiztrave or similar software’s).
- Supervise accounting staff and financial operations.
Audit & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct internal financial reviews and support online audit processes.
- Ensure transparent reporting of revenues, expenses, and profitability for all monthly quarterly yearly report of all.
Banking & Financial Coordination
- Manage company bank accounts, cash management, and financial transactions.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in finance or accounting (experience in service sector is a strong advantage).
- Proven experience in tax clearance, tax compliance, and financial audits.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and accounting systems.
- Experience in preparing financial reports, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Dari (Pashto is an advantage).
