Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team and contribute to the enhancement of our cutting-edge FinTech solutions. You will be responsible for designing and building scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, creating dynamic user interfaces with Angular, and ensuring seamless integrations with third-party services and payment switches. Your role will support the full lifecycle of our AurumPay Mobile Money system, from design to deployment, working within an agile development culture.

1. Software Development & Quality Control

• Participate in the complete software development process for FinTech projects, including mobile apps, websites, and digital wallets.

• Design and develop scalable frontend and backend components for enterprise-grade applications, meeting high standards for security, performance, and compliance.

• Write efficient, maintainable code, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Design and optimize databases (e.g., Oracle) to support applications and ensure data integrity.

2. Backend & API Development

• Develop backend services using Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.

• Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs for both internal and external use.

• Assist in managing integrations with third-party services, including mobile operators, digital wallets, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), payment switches, and gateways.

3. Frontend Development

• Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly Single-Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular.

• Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs.

4. System Design & Infrastructure

• Contribute to technical system architectures and integration plans based on business needs.

• Ensure all systems connect properly with payment switches and gateways.

• Assist in system and database performance tuning and scalability.

5. Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build resilient and scalable solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with team members.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on enterprise-grade applications, ideally in the FinTech sector.

• Backend Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.

• Frontend Expertise: Proven experience developing modern user interfaces with Angular.

• API Development: Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.

• Database Skills: Proficiency in working with relational databases, including complex SQL queries, performance tuning, and schema design. Experience with Oracle is a strong plus.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with microservices architecture, the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), and version control tools like GitHub/GitLab.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  Nice-to-Haves
  Experience deploying applications on Oracle WebLogic Server.

• Familiarity with mobile app development using Flutter.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of financial industry protocols like ISO 8583.
