Asantya is a growing eCommerce and multi-vendor marketplace connecting customers, vendors, and delivery partners through digital solutions. We are hiring a developer to build, customize, maintain, and improve our website, mobile applications, vendor systems, and administration dashboard. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Laravel, Flutter, React.js/Next.js, REST APIs, MySQL, and complex marketplace platforms.

1. Develop, maintain, customize, and enhance the eCommerce platform and existing source code.

2. Build and maintain Laravel backend services, REST APIs, admin dashboards, and vendor panels.

3. Develop and improve Flutter apps for customers, vendors, and delivery personnel on Android and iOS.

4. Build, maintain, and optimize the React.js/Next.js eCommerce website and responsive interfaces.

5. Implement new features and business requirements without disrupting existing functionality or data.

6. Integrate web/mobile applications with backend APIs, databases, and third-party services.

7. Improve product catalogs, categories, carts, checkout, orders, vendor operations, and delivery workflows.

8. Integrate payment gateways, cash-on-delivery workflows, SMS, email, Firebase, and Google Maps APIs.

9. Troubleshoot application bugs, server errors, deployment issues, and performance bottlenecks.

10. Optimize web and mobile speed, MySQL queries, API response times, and overall reliability.

11. Manage database migrations, backups, restores, and data integrity.

12. Deploy and maintain applications on Linux VPS servers using Apache or Nginx; manage SSL, domains, and DNS.

13. Prepare, sign, publish, and update Android and iOS apps via Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.

14. Use Git and GitHub/GitLab to maintain source code and support safe deployments.

15. Implement secure authentication, authorization, role-based access control, API security, and data protection.

16. Support English, Dari, and Pashto localization, including right-to-left (RTL) interfaces.

17. Test and verify changes before production release; safely apply updates while preserving customizations.

18. Maintain technical documentation, collaborate with management, prioritize tasks, and provide ongoing support.

Required Technical Skills

1. Backend: Strong PHP/Laravel skills (routing, controllers, middleware, Eloquent ORM, migrations, queues, scheduled tasks); RESTful APIs, authentication, validation, authorization, security, and MySQL database design.

2. Mobile: Dart and Flutter development/maintenance for Android and iOS; state management (GetX, Provider, or Bloc); REST APIs, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Maps, debugging, signing, builds, and publishing.

3. Frontend: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js/Next.js, responsive UI, REST API integration, performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility.

4. Servers & databases: Linux VPS (preferably Ubuntu), Apache/Nginx, SSL, domains/DNS, Composer, Node.js, npm/Yarn, deployment, MySQL optimization, backups/recovery, and logs.

5. Tools: Git/GitHub/GitLab, Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, Postman or equivalent, Flutter SDK, Composer, testing and debugging workflows.

Education, Experience & Competencies

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.

2. 3+ years of relevant software development experience preferred, including proven Laravel backend work, practical Flutter development, and React.js or Next.js.

3. Understanding of eCommerce and multi-vendor marketplace systems; ability to work with, modify, and maintain existing production code.

4. Strong analytical thinking, debugging, problem-solving, attention to detail, secure coding, and commitment to reliability and code quality.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate clearly, document technical work, manage deadlines, and learn new technologies.

Preferred Experience

1. Multi-vendor eCommerce projects and customer, vendor, and delivery management applications.

2. GPS tracking, maps, location-based delivery, online payments, and cash-on-delivery integrations.

3. Firebase, push notifications, real-time features, multilingual/RTL applications, and high-traffic deployments.

4. Safely updating, customizing, and maintaining live production systems.
