We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Duties & responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines according to standard operating procedures.
Set up and adjust machine settings as required.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Report machine malfunctions and production issues to the supervisor.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
Maintain accurate production records.
Follow all safety, quality, and hygiene requirements.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Job requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
