We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manufacturing Unit Supervisor to join our team in Kabul, Afghanistan. The successful candidate will oversee and lead a team within our manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all operations.
Job requirements
- Supervise Manufacturing Team:
- Lead and manage a team of manufacturing personnel to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
- Safety and Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols related to machinery and equipment.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control and ensure products meet specifications.
- Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Facilitate continuous learning and development within the team.
- Communication Skills:
- Develop proficiency in Urdu and maintain basic communication skills in English.
- Foster effective communication within the team and other departments.
- Equipment and Machinery Awareness:
- Possess knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all manufacturing equipment.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of production activities, safety measures, and quality control.
- Generate regular reports for management review.
- Adaptability:
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Implement efficient solutions to manufacturing issues.
