  • Maintain program files and documentation; support day-to-day program administration.
  • Support basic monitoring, data gathering, and reporting.
  • Uphold WROAR’s PSEA, safeguarding, and confidentiality standards.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Political Science or International Relations, Sociology, or Public Health — or a related field (required).
  • Prior work experience in the program or NGO sector (required).
  • Good English communication skills, written and spoken (required), plus strong Dari and Pashto.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
  • Organized, reliable, proactive, and professional; committed to WROAR’s mission and to gender-sensitive, community-based work.

What WROAR Offers

  • Mentoring from senior staff and access to WROAR trainings.
