Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Sales Supervisor responsible for selling the company's product, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, understanding and presenting electronic top up, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets.

• Daily market visits in the assigned area and ensure proper and regular supply of product at the outlets.

• Ensure monthly target achievement for the entire team in the assigned area.

• Guide, control, and motivate the Pre-sellers, deliverymen, and drivers in the effective execution of assigned duties.

• Monitor and ensure proper communication of company prices, Schemes, and computerized invoices to each customer.

• Daily visit along with the Pre-seller and guide them where required.

• Responsible for cleaning and merchandising of the company cooler given to outlets.

• Prepare market visit report on a daily basis and submit to the Line Manager.

• Initiate and analyze market demand for promotional and merchandising material in his area and coordinate with the Trade Marketing Executive for placement in the market.

• Responsible for market development / new outlets & availability of Inam Bahar Company products in the market.

• To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by the senior / line manager.

• High school graduate

• Having a Marketing specialization

• At least 2 Years of experience in the related field.
