Sourcing & Quotation Analyst

We are hiring a Sourcing & Quotation Analyst to join our remote team. This is a night shift role. Your shift starts at 5:00 PM Kabul time and runs for 8 hours, aligned with international business hours.

Your day will revolve around three things: finding the right opportunities, sourcing the right items from the right vendors, and building clean quotations that win. You will spend most of your shift on calls and emails with international vendors, so strong English and confidence on the phone are non-negotiable.

This role is for someone serious. Someone who wants to grow, works hard without being chased, and takes pride in getting the details right. If you are looking for a relaxed 9 to 5, this is not for you. If you want to build a real career and you are willing to put in the work, we want to talk to you.

Opportunity Research

• Search online portals and platforms for new tenders, RFQs, and product opportunities.

• Read the requirements carefully and understand exactly what is being asked for.

• Shortlist the opportunities that fit and flag them to management.

Item Sourcing

• Identify the correct manufacturers and authorized distributors for each item.

• Verify part numbers, specifications, and compliance requirements before reaching out.

• Find backup vendors for every key item so we are never stuck with a single source.

Vendor Communication

• Call and email vendors during your shift to request quotes, confirm stock, lead times, and shipping terms.

• Ask sharp follow-up questions when a quote is incomplete or unclear.

• Follow up consistently until you have everything you need. No half-finished work.

Quotation Preparation

• Organize vendor pricing in Excel or Google Sheets and compare properly.

• Build professional quotations using company templates.

• Triple check every number, SKU, quantity, and date before anything goes out.

Coordination and Records

• Keep clean records of all vendor communication, quotes, and follow-ups.

• Update internal trackers and CRM tools daily.

• Work closely with management on final pricing and submission strategy.

• Never miss a deadline.

Discipline and Work Ethic

• Log in on time. Every shift.

• Respond quickly on email, WhatsApp, and internal tools during your hours.

• Keep a professional tone in every vendor interaction.

• Own your work. No excuses, no shortcuts.

Must-Have

• Fluent English. Spoken and written. You must be able to hold a clear, confident conversation on the phone with international vendors. This is not negotiable.

• Strong IT background. Comfortable with advanced Google search, Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, sorting), email tools, cloud storage, and basic CRM systems.

• Sharp critical thinking. You can read a requirement, understand what is being asked, and spot gaps or risks in a vendor's quote.

• Night shift availability. Ready to work 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Kabul time, Monday to Friday, without exception.

• Serious attention to detail. Numbers, SKUs, quantities, and dates must always be right.

• Discipline and work ethic. Self-driven, reliable, consistent. You do not need someone standing over you to get the work done.

• Confident on calls. Polite, professional, clear. No slang, no shortcuts.

• Hungry. You want to build something real and you are willing to put in the work to get there.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.

• Exposure to international tenders or B2B quotation work.

• Experience with tender portals or sourcing platforms.

• Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, industrial equipment, or logistics.

Do Not Apply If

• You are looking for a 9 to 5.

• You cannot commit to the night shift.

• You need to be chased to finish work.

• Your English is weak and you plan to fake it on vendor calls. You cannot.
