Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) is hired a supply Coordinator
Duties & responsibilities
Manage procurement and supply chain activities.
Prepare and follow up annual procurement plans and purchase orders.
Supervise warehouse and inventory management.
Coordinate transportation, shipping, customs clearance, and distribution.
Manage fixed assets and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
Ensure compliance with QRCS policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
Supervise and support the Supply Team.
Prepare periodic supply and logistics reports.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum seven years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the humanitarian or health sector.
Proven experience in donor-funded procurement, tendering, contract management, warehousing, inventory, and asset management.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
Fluency in English and Arabic; Dari or Pashto is an advantage.
Relevant professional certification in procurement, supply chain, or humanitarian logistics is preferred.
