About the job
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to perform accurate land and construction surveys, operate RTK GNSS equipment, conduct stakeout and coordinate-based field work, and process survey data using AutoCAD and related software. The candidate must be able to work independently and accurately interpret and implement project drawings on site.
Duties & responsibilities
Conduct land, topographic, road, plot, boundary, elevation, and construction site surveys.
Operate SinoGNSS N2 RTK GNSS equipment, including Base and Rover setup.
Perform point collection, coordinate setting, stakeout, and road alignment.
Transfer and process survey data between RTK equipment, computer, and AutoCAD.
Read project drawings and accurately set out construction points, levels, roads, and boundaries on site.
Maintain accuracy of survey measurements, coordinates, and field records.
Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to support construction activities.
Job requirements
Age: Between 25 and 50 years.
Strong practical experience in land and construction surveying.
Professional experience with SinoGNSS N2 RTK or equivalent RTK GNSS equipment.
Ability to independently operate Base and Rover systems and perform stakeout and point collection.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant surveying or mapping software.
Ability to transfer and process coordinates, points, and survey data between RTK equipment and computer software.
Ability to read and accurately implement project drawings on site.
Strong attention to accuracy and the ability to work independently.
An engineering degree is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with strong technical qualifications and proven practical surveying experience are encouraged to apply.
