icons, and spacing.
• Maintain visual and interaction consistency across products, features, and touchpoints in line with Ramaki's brand
identity.
• Apply responsive and mobile-first principles so designs adapt cleanly across screen sizes and devices.
• Design to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility principles, including color contrast, readable typography, and keyboard- and
screen-reader-friendly patterns.
• Conduct usability testing on key flows, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on findings.
• Review analytics, support tickets, and user feedback to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure designs are built accurately and to specification.
• Prepare complete design specifications, redlines, and Figma handoff files for engineering use.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, design critiques, and stakeholder presentations.
• Present design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Maintain organized design documentation, version history, and a record of key design decisions.
• Document reusable design guidelines, patterns, and best practices for the wider team.
Job requirements
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

• A collaborative mindset and experience in cross-functional Agile or Scrum teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
