Shahy Khazana Microfinance is interested in hiring a Branch Supervisor.
Branch Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide Financing Officers in their daily activities.
Monitor branch financing operations and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
Review financing applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
Review client assessments, business verification, and field verification reports.
Monitor the financing pipeline and ensure timely processing of applications.
Monitor the branch financing portfolio and portfolio quality.
Follow up on overdue installments and support recovery activities.
Monitor PAR and take appropriate action to control portfolio risk.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor clients and financing utilization.
Ensure proper pre-financing and post-financing monitoring.
Ensure financing is disbursed according to approved terms and conditions.
Ensure all financing activities comply with Shariah principles.
Identify and report financing, operational, and compliance risks.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of client and financing information in the MIS.
Prepare and submit regular financing and portfolio reports.
Set targets and monitor the performance of Financing Officers.
Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to Financing Officers.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager and relevant Head Office departments.
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and confidentiality of client information.
Participate in branch meetings and provide updates on financing performance.
Support the implementation of new financing products, policies, and procedures.
Ensure professional communication and adherence to the institution’s code of conduct.
Report any suspected fraud, misconduct, or policy violations to management.
Perform other financing-related duties assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Islamic Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in financing, microfinance, banking, or a similar sector.
Previous supervisory or branch-level experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financing operations, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
Good understanding of Shariah-compliant financing principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to analyze financing applications, client assessments, and portfolio performance.
Good knowledge of MS Office and financing/MIS systems.
Strong problem-solving, reporting, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
