Graphic Designer

Kaisha Hospital is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Team. The selected candidate will create professional visual content for social media, campaigns, service promotion, print materials, and educational or promotional videos. The role requires strong skills in static design, video editing, Reels, and Motion Graphics while maintaining a consistent visual identity across all hospital content.

• Design social media posts, stories, banners, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials for hospital campaigns.

• Create and edit Reels, short-form videos, Motion Graphics, and animated content based on Marketing Team requirements.

• Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator professionally for graphic design and production-ready visual materials.

• Use Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for animation, Motion Graphics, and video editing.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across color, typography, imagery, layout, and other visual elements.

• Translate marketing briefs and concepts into clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate visual designs.

• Prepare multiple sizes and formats for Instagram, Facebook, and other required channels.

• Coordinate with the Marketing Team, doctors, and relevant departments during service and campaign content production.

• Organize project files, final assets, and design resources, and deliver assigned work within deadlines.

• Follow hospital policies on patient privacy, publication consent, medical information, and use of patient images.

• Relevant professional experience in Graphic Design and a portfolio that demonstrates practical capability.

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Good command of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Ability to design professional social media content and produce Reels and Motion Graphics.

• Good understanding of layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

• Creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to turn briefs into professional and practical designs.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and revise work based on feedback.

• Responsible, punctual, organized, cooperative, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Canva is not required for this position; professional proficiency in the listed Adobe applications is the main technical requirement.
