Responsible for providing confidential consultation and support on physical health, mental well-being, and workplace welfare for female employees. Receives, assesses, and supports the resolution of workplace and office-related issues affecting female staff. Provides guidance on staff welfare, working conditions, and other matters affecting employee safety and performance. Refers serious medical or psychological cases to qualified specialists. Coordinates with relevant management teams, follows up on reported cases, and facilitates appropriate medical or professional referrals. Reports significant concerns to management while maintaining strict confidentiality. All matters are handled professionally, fairly, and in accordance with SQUAD Core's HR and staff welfare procedures. This is a remote position, allowing the advisor to work from any location while maintaining regular virtual communication with the team and management.
Provide confidential consultation and guidance to female employees on physical health, mental well-being, and workplace welfare.
Receive, assess, and support the resolution of workplace and office-related issues affecting female staff.
Address concerns related to working conditions, employee safety, performance matters, and Mini Franchise-related issues.
Refer serious medical or psychological cases to qualified external specialists or medical professionals.
Report significant concerns to management while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Coordinate with relevant management teams to follow up on reported cases and ensure timely resolution.
Facilitate appropriate medical, psychological, or professional referrals as required.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all cases handled.
Provide regular updates to HR and management on welfare trends without breaching individual confidentiality.
Ensure all matters are handled professionally, fairly, and in accordance with SQUAD Core's HR and staff welfare procedures.
Conduct virtual awareness sessions on health, well-being, and workplace safety when required.
Support the development and implementation of staff welfare policies and programs.
Build trust and rapport with female employees through remote communication channels (phone, email, video calls, etc.).
Maintain availability during working hours for employee consultations via designated communication platforms.
Work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in counseling, staff welfare, medical advisory, human resources, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of workplace health, mental well-being, and employee welfare principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal; fluency in Dari and/or Pashto is required.
• Experience in a corporate or organizational setting is preferred.
• Certification in counseling, first aid, or mental health support is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and coordinate effectively with management and external specialists.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field. (Master's degree or relevant certification is an advantage.)
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in counseling, welfare advisory, medical support, HR, or a related role.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of Afghan workplace culture and staff welfare needs is preferred.
