The Coordinator – CVM BTL Campaigns is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring below-the-line (BTL) customer engagement campaigns aimed at increasing customer acquisition, retention, usage, loyalty, and revenue. The role combines Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies with on-ground marketing activities to enhance customer experience, strengthen brand engagement, and achieve commercial targets across all customer segments.

Duties & responsibilities

CVM Campaign Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute BTL campaigns aligned with customer lifecycle and commercial objectives.

• Implement customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty initiatives through field marketing activities.

• Coordinate targeted campaigns for prepaid, postpaid, data, digital, and enterprise customers.

• Ensure successful deployment and execution of campaigns across all regions.

Customer Engagement & Activation

• Design customer engagement programs to increase product adoption and usage.

• Organize customer activations, roadshows, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives.

• Drive awareness of new products, promotions, and loyalty programs.

• Enhance customer interaction and experience through direct engagement activities.

Retention & Loyalty Programs

• Support the implementation of customer loyalty and retention programs.

• Execute churn prevention initiatives targeting high-value and at-risk customers.

• Manage customer reward campaigns and special promotional events.

• Monitor customer participation and campaign effectiveness.

Usage Stimulation & Revenue Growth

• Develop BTL initiatives to stimulate voice, data, digital, and VAS usage.

• Support upselling and cross-selling activities through targeted field campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to improve ARPU and customer lifetime value.

• Coordinate promotional activities to drive revenue growth.

Regional Campaign Coordination

• Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to implement campaigns.

• Ensure consistency of campaign execution and branding standards nationwide.

• Monitor field activities and provide guidance to regional teams.

• Facilitate timely distribution of campaign materials and resources.

Vendor & Agency Management

• Coordinate with activation agencies, event organizers, promoters, and vendors.

• Monitor vendor performance and campaign quality.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.

• Verify campaign deliverables and associated costs.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track campaign KPIs including customer acquisition, retention, participation, and revenue impact.

• Prepare post-campaign evaluation reports and business impact assessments.

• Analyze customer feedback and campaign effectiveness.

• Provide recommendations for future campaign improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product, Digital Services, BI Reporting, Communications, Sales, and Customer Care teams.

• Support integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.

• Ensure alignment between CVM objectives and field execution activities.

• Participate in commercial planning and campaign development sessions.

Job requirements

·         Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,  Telecommunications, or a related field.

·         Minimum 4-6 years of experience in CVM, BTL Marketing, Customer Engagement, Campaign Management, or Telecommunications.

  • Telecom industry experience is highly preferred.
