The Coordinator – International & Roaming is responsible for managing international voice, messaging, wholesale, and roaming services to maximize revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen relationships with international telecom partners. The role supports the development, implementation, and performance monitoring of roaming and international products while ensuring competitive market positioning and operational excellence.
International Roaming Management
· Manage inbound and outbound roaming services and ensure seamless customer experience.
· Monitor roaming traffic, usage trends, and revenue performance.
· Coordinate roaming launches, testing, and commercial activation with international operators.
· Ensure availability and quality of roaming services across partner networks.
· Identify opportunities to expand roaming coverage and partnerships.
International Products & Services
· Develop and manage international calling, messaging, and roaming offers.
· Support the creation of innovative international service propositions.
· Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.
· Ensure competitive pricing and market positioning of international services.
Partner Relationship Management
· Build and maintain relationships with international telecom operators and roaming partners.
· Coordinate commercial negotiations and implementation of roaming agreements.
· Assist in the management of wholesale and interconnect partnerships.
· Collaborate with GSMA and international carrier partners where applicable.
Revenue & Performance Management
· Track international and roaming revenue against business targets.
· Analyze roaming and international traffic trends.
· Identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization.
· Monitor profitability and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
· Monitor competitor roaming and international service offerings.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
· Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies affecting international services.
· Recommend strategies to improve market competitiveness.
Customer Experience Management
· Work closely with Customer Care teams to resolve roaming-related issues.
· Monitor customer feedback and service quality indicators.
· Ensure customer communication regarding roaming services, tariffs, and promotions is accurate and timely.
· Support initiatives aimed at improving roaming service adoption and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Coordinate with Technology, Network, Billing, Finance, Regulatory, and Sales teams.
· Support testing and implementation of new roaming and international services.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
· Participate in product launches and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on roaming and international performance.
· Track key business metrics and KPIs.
· Provide analytical insights and recommendations to management.
Support budget planning and revenue forecasting activities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Telecommunications, Roaming, Wholesale, International Business, Product Management, or Commercial Operations.
Experience in International Roaming, Interconnect, or Carrier Relations is highly preferred.
